KARC Planning Consultants led and managed the team of consultants for the design and approval of Jackson Crossing, a cornerstone project located at the intersection of Main Street (County Route 52) and Jackson Road in the Village of Fishkill, New York. Modern architecture with historical references was a key aspect of the project to provide higher density multi-family housing that blended within the Village’s rich historical fabric. This project will include 56 one- and two-bedroom units boasting high ceilings and expansive glass. Approvals were received from the Village of Fishkill Planning Board on March 21, 2024 and construction will begin in the spring of 2025.
KARC managed all permitting, SEQRA documentation, zoning analysis, coordination with all agencies including the New York State Office of Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYS OPRHP), New York State Department of Transportation, New York State Department of Health, Dutchess County Department of Public Works, and Village of Fishkill Department of Public Works.
