Project Description and Goal
KARC Planning Consultants managed the team of consultants that secured planning board approval for this exciting project located in the Village of Fishkill, New York. Historical and Modern met to form this new architectural style that will become a premier multi-family housing project. Once complete this project will include 56 one and two bedroom units boasting high ceilings and expansive glass.
KARC Planning Consultants managed all permitting, SEQRA documentation, Zoning Analysis, coordination with all agencies including the New York State Office of Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYS OPRHP), and Planning Board presentations.
