KARC Planning Consultants has been selected by the Town of Cortlandt to complete an implementation plan and zoning for the establishment of a Transit Oriented District (TOD) surrounding the Cortlandt Metro-North Train Station. The Town announced the award at the Town Board Meeting on March 12, 2024.
