Reliance Partners was proposing development of a 600 acre parcel located in the Town of Hyde Park across from the Culinary Institute of America.
The project involves a new urbanism design and includes various residential configurations, retail, office space and a hotel/conference center that caters to the Culinary Institute of America staff, students and visitors.
The design included new signalized entrances onto US Route 9, an entire new roadway system, a modular Waste Water Treatment system which also provided treatment for existing commercial buildings located in the Village of Hyde Park, structured parking and recreational amenities supporting the new facilities.
