KARC Planning Consultants, Inc. was retained as special inspections coordinator for roof replacement building code requirements at the Mills Norrie Point Environmental Center.
KARC worked with direclty with the prime contractor to coordinate materials testing which included site visits and documention of all resulting reports per standards and specifications. Special inspections were performed by the testing agency that included concrete coring and lab strength testing, concrete compressive strength for new placements, Winsor Probe testing, and bolt testing.
KARC managed the testing schedule, reporting, and preparation of Utilization Reports and EEO/WBE record keeping requirements for this task.
