KARC Planning Consultants Inc. provided Project Scheduling and Construction Administration services for the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) Station Entrance improvements at the Pike Street and Front Street location in Port Jervis, New York.
Utilizing Microsoft Project software, schedules were developed for preliminary work site plan layout and demolition, traffic control, and construction work sequence planning. Management of materials submittals included metal roof panels and gutters, soffit panels, painting, sealants, bollards, railings, electrical elements, lighting, ADA walkways, storm drainage piping and fittings, and structural concrete and asphalt placements. Record keeping and reporting for both the project as well as M/WBE utilization continued throughout the project.
